夏が終わったポルトガルのビーチ。無風に近い、とても穏やかな日。なんだかとても静かで、曇りの光は柔らかく、すべての色が薄く見え、砂浜はポルトガルの屋根と同じオレンジ色。なんだか、ちょっと不思議な場所。ここは、ポルトの街から電車で30分。ちょっと電車に乗っただけで着く、本当に静かな田舎街。この浜辺に立つ小さな教会があると宿で噂聞き、フラっと来てみた旅する鈴木。海を背に立つ教会はホントに小さかったけれど、日暮れ後の淡い空に立つ様は、確かに雰囲気のある場所だった。ポルトガルの海岸線は、本当にいいとこたくさんある。いつかキャンピングカーで北から南まで下ってみたい。
DAY616 : A SMALL CHURCH ON THE SHORE
It was a post-summer calm windless day on the beach in Portugal. The light through the clouds glow everything soft and pale. The beach contained orange sands looked like the same color as the roofs. It was a strange place 30 minutes of train ride away from the city of Porto. We heard that there was a church on a beach in a very quiet rural town just outside the city. The church was tiny in fact, but impressive with the gorgeous sunset behind it. There are so many place worth visiting along the coast of Portugal. Some day I will be back on a camping car and drive all the way from the north to the south.
