幸せ絶頂のプラハライフ。街のスーパーに買い出しに行き、アパートに帰って料理する毎日(ヨメが)。チェコはビールの消費量が世界一らしく、スーパーの一角にはずらりと並んでいる。そして、びっくりするほど安い。けど、安いのに美味い。絵本が有名なチェコらしく、ビールの絵柄も可愛くて、余計にビールが好きになるというか大好きだ。そして今日の夕ご飯は、元旦に食べたグラーシェを家で作ってみる。あたたかい煮込み料理が寒いプラハによく似合って、ビール片手にいただくこの幸せがずっと続いてほしいと心底思ったチェコの夜。
DAY648 : HAPPY CZECH LIFE
Our life in Prague was fantastic. Going out to the supermarket for groceries, cooking everyday back in the apartment room. People in Chez consume more beer than anywhere else on earth and there are so many of them in the supermarket, even surprisingly cheep but good. Since they are famous for cute picture books, the beer labels with illustrations also helped me like them even more. My wife cooked Gulasch for dinner. I was feeling so happy to have nice hot stew in the cold Prague night with a beer in my hand that I almost felt I would never leave Czech.
