王族の暮らしを想像しながら、ただただ羨む城見学。アウトバーン沿いのモーテルに一泊し、今日はホーエンツォレン城の中へ行ってみる。城下町がずっと続いているかと思ったら、思いの外周りに街がなく、山の上にぽつんと立っていたが、近づいてみるとやっぱり絵になる。城の外観は意外とシンプルだが、建物の中はさすがな豪華さだった。まず、眺めがすごい。城のどの窓からも綺麗な景色が見えて、なぜかいちいち窓の側にベンチとテーブルがあったりする。当たり前だが家具もシャンデリアも宝物庫の中身すべて何もかも、超高級なアンティークで、ちょっと夢のような世界だった。夢は城暮らし。
DAY636 : DREAM CASTLE, BURG HOHENZOLLERN
We went on a castle tour, imagining what royal life is like. After a night in a motel along the autobahn, we went inside the Burg Hohenzollern. Against my expectations, there was not much going on around the castle. Alone on top of the mountain but as I walked closer, very picturesque. Simple looking from the outside and very gorgeous inside. First, the view was amazing. The views from each every windows in the castle was just breathtaking and there were a bench and a table by windows. And clearly, every furniture and ornaments like chandelier and goods in the treasury were luxury antiques. It was like a dream.
