アフリカで一番高いところにあるBar。この何もない村に唯一、と言うか、この施設があるから人は訪れる。先進国南アフリカのクオリティばっちしの、田舎王国レソトのど田舎に全く不釣り合いな素敵宿が併設されていて、南アからの「ちょっといい空気でも吸いに行ってやろうか」的な四駆に乗った白人たちが快適に過ごして帰って行く。暖炉付きのコテージに、電気も通らぬこの場所で一日中自家発電、おまけにwifiまで飛んでいて、豪華な食事がいただける。そんな素敵宿サニマウンテン ロッジ。さて、僕らの寝床はそこから15分ほど歩いた、村のまっただ中。標高3000mで夏用テントは間違えたと呟きながら、いつかあのコテージに泊まってやると心に誓ったサニパスの夜。ちなみキャンプ泊でも、超ホットシャワーとキッチンは使えるので、寝袋さえあれば大丈夫。無ければドミトリーをお勧めします。

The bar located the highest in Africa. There is nothing else in this village but this wonderful accommodating facilities for which white tourists on 4 wheel drive from South Africa would visit just to breath good air and leave. Cottages with a fire place, wi-fi and electricity are provided and gorgeous foods served at this wonderful place, Sani Mountain Lodge. Anyhow, our bed is in the middle of the village, a 15 minutes walk away. Spending a night and thinking it was a huge mistake to sleep in a summer tent at 3000m elevation, I sweared to myself to stay at the cottage one day. FYI, hot shower and kitchen is available even for tent users. No worries if you have sleeping bags. If you don't, I recommend the dormitory.
