レソトの東側へ行くために、マレアレアから首都マセルへ一旦戻る。運良く街へ買い出しに行くトラックの荷台に乗せてもらえた。大変揺れるけれど、テンションはバスよりも何だか上がる。窓からのレソトの風景はやっぱり綺麗で、マレアレアで見たそれと同じものがずっと続き、マセルまではだいたい1時間半。そしてヨメは今日も車酔い。移動が半分をしめる貧乏旅、よくぞここまで旅をしてるなぁと少し関心したりする。
We had to go back to the capital city, Maseru before going to the east side of Lesotho. Luckily, there was a truck heading to the town for supplies which gave us a ride. More jolts, more fun. About one and a half hours of driving with a beautiful landscape of Lesotho from the window. And my wife suffered from a carsickness again. Since it is a penniless trip that we spent most of time transportation from place to place, I am pretty impressed how far we came along.
