もう僕たちはレソトが大好きになっている。首都マセルでも、このモコトロンを歩いていても、やっぱり思う。近隣の南部アフリカ諸国に比べ、ビクビクと恐れながら歩かなくてすむ、なんだか穏やかな空気が流れているからなのかもしれない。田舎だからと言えばそうだけれど、雲がすぐ近くにある風景と、その言葉を連呼してしまうほどカッコいい男性や優しい人々。僕らが訪れているのは初夏なので、それでも寒いこの国の冬を想像するとこの印象だけがこの国のすべてではないのだともちろん分かるのだけれど、でももっともっと滞在していたくなった。
We are so in love with Lesotho. While walking in the capital city Maseru or here in Mokhotlong, we feel the calm air that is different from neighbor South African nations where we have to be careful. Not just that it is a countryside but the landscape with clouds right above us and the cool and kind people made us want to stay longer although I know it is hard to imagine the toughness of this country in the winter time. We already feel cold in the early summer.
