Meet the SURI Tribes : day1 @Ethiopia

DAY674 : FIRST DAY IN SURI VILLAGE
Traveling in Ethiopia is quite a journey. It's the oldest independent country in Africa with a long history. The very first fossilized human evidence was also found in this country. The head quarter of the African Union (AU) is also located here in this rapidly growing economical country with the population of over one hundred million. They established very unique original Ethiopian Orthodox and Ethiopian clock by original Ethiopian calender. Moreover, Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region (SNNPR) . As deeply cultural as it sounds, it is our destination for the third time in Ethiopia. Over 40 tribes inhabits in this state by the South Sudan boarder. We are going to meet Suri tribal people. We spent 3 whole days driving from Addis Ababa to the the Suri village, stayed there for 5 days, and another 3 day driving back. It seemed tough but exciting. This time, we accompanied a Photographer, Nagi Yoshida. Very, exciting.
